Here are the current types of mushroom varieties that we are offering. If you are interested in bulk purchasing, please send us an email using the Contact Us page. Orders generally consist of 10 or more pounds of mushrooms on a weekly basis or 10+ Grow-Your-Own kits in one purchase. If you are interested in purchasing smaller amounts, we would love to serve you at a farmer’s market, or you can purchase one of our Grow-Your-Own kits from our list of collaborating vendors.

Our current cultivated mushroom varieties are:

• Pink Oyster (Pleurotus djamor)
• King Oyster* (Pleurotus eryngii)
• Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)
• Chestnut* (Pholiota asiposa)
